Welcome to Medary Village.
Medary Village is an 81 unit mobile home park located in Brookings, SD.
We acquired this property in May of 2020. We have since performed a number of critical updates– including road repairs, laundromat updates and providing storage options for residents among many other projects. We are continuing to improve other important areas of the park to increase park value. New paint on the Laundromat– we also introduced DexterLive, an app which allows residents to pay touch-free online and monitor their laundry from their phone.
New storage sheds for rent– provides a valuable option for residents and additional revenue for the park.
Beginning the waterline repairs– once repaired, the park will save on average $15k per year due to water leaks.
Yard of the Month encourages residents to take pride in their yard for a reward.
New mailboxes and mailbox pad– much cleaner and keeps mail more secure.
New signage– modernizing the branding to make the community feel updated and creating an environment that residents are proud to live in.
