We are providing a solution to the housing crisis and helping to make homeownership accessible to more first time buyers while making an effort to maximize investor return within a 4-5 year window.


We are doing this by purchasing and improving low income housing solutions to create a more desirable living environment, specifically with mobile home parks.

An accredited investor meets ONE of the following criteria:

  • An individual who has made at least $200,000 the last two years, or $300,000 the last two years if including a spouse’s income

  • A net worth of $1m EXCLUDING primary residence

Our Strategy

  • Raise $3m in capital to purchase mobile home parks by 12/31/2021

  • Increase NOI through home in-fill, addressing deferred maintenance and reducing expenses

  • Distribute regular cash flow and sell/re-fi within 4-5 years
